why dont?

I dont understand why dont they involve me in all the process? is it becuase they think i m not capable enough to take decission or i am not mature enough to contribute? or it is because they need only support in crisis? i have been observing this since many months now and trying to foget it but now i have to pen down everything i feel. I used to feel better that time because i knew i am fighting for right thing and we all were together but now i feel distrub and hasseled. I feel left out by everyone. They call me and include only when they need otherwise they go ahead with everything. If they dont value me then i will have to make my mind. i ll have to take a call on what m i supposed to do now? this is not the first time after all?secondly the most of them take me for granted. they feel that we can over ride any one without any consutlancy. they think that whatever they are doing is right. if this is so then i dont want to get in to this processeS? why the hell should i get in to all these? many times i just cant sleep. this is only because i take unnecessory load of things which must not metter to me 'professionaly'. I will have to rethink. i will have to be in a group which respects me. and have to be aboslulty professionals. forget everyting.just need to focus on my career and then leave it. bye bye
